Auth0 FGA Private Cloud on AWS

Auth0 FGA Private Cloud is a dedicated, multi-region, active-active, managed instance of Auth0 FGA identity platform running on Amazon Web Services. It provides isolation, higher performance, and more.

High Availability

Auth0 FGA is always deployed in at least two cloud regions in active-active mode, minimizing the chances that a failure in an AWS region will impact the service.

Data residency

Comply with data residency laws and minimize latency by selecting the AWS region where your data is stored. For the public cloud, we support US, EU and AU localities, for the private cloud we support localities that can span across the following regions: USA, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Japan, India, Singapore, Australia and Brazil.

High Capacity

Private Cloud environments are configured based on the RPS tier purchased.

Updates

Private Cloud on AWS deployments are updated every week automatically, after being available in Auth0 FGA Public Cloud for a week.

Centralized Management

You can manage all our Auth0 FGA Private Cloud and Public Cloud deployments from the same Auth0 FGA Dashboard instance. When you create an FGA Store you can decide in which locality it can be created

Onboarding

After choosing Private Cloud on AWS, an onboarding and deployment process will be followed to configure your environment(s).

Customer onboarding requirements

Upon contract signing, we will ask you to provide key information regarding your onboarding requirements, which we will then validate.

Kickoff meeting

Once we validate your onboarding requirements, we will host a kickoff meeting with you to begin the implementation process. We strongly recommend that this meeting occur no later than five (5) days after the contract signing.

Implementation

Immediately after the onboarding form validation, we will begin provisioning your environment.

At the end of this process, you're ready for the environment handover and your Private Cloud on AWS deployment is ready for use.
